Usage

Use this tab to enter general information related to a particular class such as:

• Equipment Object information - Entering the object type and object level enables the transfer of a design object created from a class to IFS/Equipment.
• Milestone information - Entering the milestone template and milestone number enables this information to be copied to every object created from a class.
• Technical Class information - Entering the Design Object and Design Part Technical Classes for a class enables the inheritance of a technical template where technical attribute values can be entered for design objects and design parts created from a class.

It is possible to view ID Model information of which Design Object and Design Part ID Models are applicable for a class which will enable the inheritance of ID Model fields for entering primary and secondary IDs for design objects or design parts created from a class. It is also possible to select which primary and secondary IDs should be inherited from the Parent Class by a new object created from a class.
