Use this tab to manage item categories for punch list items. For example, a category for cosmetic issues and another for functional issues. The category is required to allow the user to group work list items together for reporting and querying purposes. Once an item category is no longer used, it is possible to define it as obsolete on this tab. Select the Obsolete check box to ensure that the particular category cannot be entered on new punch items.
