If you use the second option, make sure that the user you select is connected to a default company, default site, maintenance organization (inclusive of the maximum load level), and a craft with the values given below.

Note: You can use the Frame Settings area to define the resolution of the graph, i.e., whether you want to view the details on the graph on a weekly or daily basis and the time range. Ideally the values you define for the frame settings should be within the date/time parameters defined in the search. If you select a range outside the search dates you will have to perform the search again.
Note: Once the details are displayed you can further customize the view by filtering the results from the search.
