Create a Job

  1. Open Jobs and populate the window.
  2. Create a new record and define a new job for an HR officer, starting with your initials, e.g., XXHROFF-XX, where corresponds to your production department.
  3. Save the information.

Job Description

  1. Open the Job Description window and select your job ID with a query.
  2. Enter the information in the respective tabs as shown below.
