Open Functional Areas and populate the window.
View the information. Functional areas are different fields where jobs are performed, e.g., Research and Development.
Open Job Grades and populate the window
View the information. The jobs are grouped and graded. This information is useful when you work with bonuses and salary revisions.
Open the Education Levels tab and populate it.
View the information.
Verify that the education levels are ranked with Elementary School as lowest (=1) and Doctorate Degree as highest (=5).
Change the ranking if needed by right-clicking.
Open the Education Fields tab and populate it.
View the information.
Enter the education fields Social Science and Mechanical Engineering, starting with your initials, e.g., XX Social Science.
Save the information.
Open the Educational Institutions tab and populate it.
View the information.
Enter a university, starting with your initials, e.g., XX Stanford University.
Save the information.
Open the Licenses tab.
Populate the tab window and view the information.
