Usage

Use this window to create, view, or update a support solution. This window is comprised of four information sections:

• Solution Reference: Contains information about the solution and its classification.
• Issue/Question: Contains information about the issue or question for which an answer is needed.
• Solution/Answer: Contains information about the solution or answer to the above question.
• Associated Support Issue: Contains information about related support issues.

Using this window, you can generate a web file from the selected support solution.
