Usage

Use this window to enter and view information on basic data for organization for IFS/Call Center. The window consists of several tabs, where you enter basic information such as support organizations, queues, work groups, assignees, case access groups and business objects. When entering information for a particular case, you can select suitable values from the values entered here. 

For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: Support Organization, Queue, Work Group, Assignee, Case Access Group, Business Object.
