Usage

Use this tab to define work groups. Work groups are used to define a set of call center assignees. Each work group must have a manager. Work groups can be used to add a group of users to a case access group, and for user access defined for secured information on support keys of support agreements. This makes is possible to control user access and makes administration easier.
