Use this window to generate an initial candidate list. The list can consist only of internal candidates or include external applicants as well. It can also include only people who applied for a selected job, those who applied for other jobs, or all people who match a predefined matching template.
Before closing the dialog box you can also select if you want to create a new list, or just add more candidates to the old one.
