Use this tab to enter and view information on object types.
An object type shows what sort of objects an equipment object belongs to, e.g.,
pumps, motors. For each object type you can define if it belongs to another
object type. You can also connect item classes for each object type. By
connecting an object type to a position type you can define Positions for that
object type. The information on positions can be used during isolation.
You can associate one or more technical classes to the object type via Characteristics
in the Attachments. The technical classes and the attributes must have been entered in IFS/Applications Services.
