Use this tab to enter additional information for failures and faults that have occurred during the maintenance of a serial.
You can define post maintenance checks for a fault (creates post-repair repetitive checks when the fault is repaired). These checks are based on the intervals (both operational and calendar) entered on the post maintenance check definition. Each post maintenance check is created as a pending task when the planned task date of the check is within the given number of days forewarning. Only one check per fault can be pending or running at a particular time.
In this tab you can also defer a fault. To defer a fault, select a deferral list, an operational value, and/or a number of days. When recalculation is authorized, the task date is updated according to the selected operational value.
