Use this tab to view journal entries for the selected instruction. A journal entry is generated automatically when an instruction is activated, modified or made obsolete. The following table describes the actions for which a corresponding journal entry will be generated in the instruction journal:
Journal Category | Description |
Activated | The instruction is activated. |
Instruction modified | The execution phase, function number, competence, and location of the active instruction is updated. |
Material List modified | Material is added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Tools and Facilities modified | A tool or facility was added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Zones and Access Panels modified | A zone and access panel is added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Sign Off Requirements modified | A sign off requirement is added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Criticality modified | A criticality is added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Condition Measurements modified | A condition limit is added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Connected Subtasks modified | A subtask was added to or removed from the active instruction. |
Task Code Connections modified | The active instruction is added to or removed from a task code (for all task types - interval maintenance, condition limits, modifications, faults, and life limits). |
Set to Obsolete | The instruction is made obsolete. |
