View Instruction Journal
Explanation
This activity is used to view journal entries for an instruction. A journal
entry is generated automatically when the following actions are performed on an
instruction:
- The instruction is activated.
- The execution phase, function number, competence, and location are
changed on an active instruction.
- Material, tools/facilities, zones and access panels, sign off
requirements, criticality, condition measurements, and subtasks are
connected to or removed from the active instruction.
- The active instruction is connected to or removed from a task code, on
all task types.
- The instruction is made obsolete.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, journal entries must have been generated for the
instruction.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the changes made on an instruction can be
tracked.

for the relevant instruction.
- Click the Journal tab and observe the journal entries
that are generated for the
instruction.
