Usage

Use this web page to view all training events in which the specified logged on employee has already registered as a participant. 

Action list available in this page:

• Confirm - Changes the Participant Status from Registered to Confirmed. This menu option can be used only if the Training Event status is Confirmed.
• Cancel - Cancels the reservation (removes the Participant Reservation from the Training Event Participant List).

My Training Program, (Employee Registered Training Event) which displays all training events for which the specified logged on employee has registered.
My Training History, (Employee Training History) which displays the training history of the specified employee.
Available Training, which displays all Published or Confirmed training events registered in the system.
Course Catalogue, which displays all courses registered in the system.
Register Training Need, were you can register new training needs in the system.
Completed Trainings, which displays all your Completed training events.

Note:

• The system will automatically append the Training History of the employee/internal participant (Training History page) when the Participant status is Attended and Training Event status is Completed. If the training event consists of one or more courses, the system will create the history for all data based on the Offered Courses tab.
• A notification e-mail will be sent for the following condition:
  • The system will notify the newly registered participants via e-mail of their current status in the training event (either Registered or Waiting List).
  • The system will send an e-mail to the "Waiting List" participants to notify an available place and that he of she has to register the training event, i.e., change the participant status to Registered. If the training event status has already been confirmed, the system will ask for their confirmation directly. Otherwise, the system will notify them that their status has already been changed from Waiting List to Registered.
  • The system will notify each participant in the Waiting List table via e-mail that his or her current status is Waiting List.
