1. Open the Service Contract Basic Data window and set up the revaluation type.

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to define invoice parameters on a service contract and to generate an Invoice Plan.

Windows:

Service Contract/Invoice Parameters

Enter Invoice Parameters

1. Open the Service Contract window and query for the service contract you created (F3).
2. Click the Invoice Parameters tab and enter the following information:

   (Price) Unit Length	(Price) Unit	Invoice Rule	Start Value and End Value	Interval	Interval Unit	First Rev. Date	Revaluation Type
   3	Month	Prior	Enter suitable dates	1	Month	Enter a suitable date	RPI1

3. Save the information (F12).

Generate Invoice Plan

1. Right-click the Invoice Parameters tab and then click Generate Plan.
2. Change the date if required and click OK.
