Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to copy information from an existing resource forecast

Copying from Resource Forecast

1. Open the Project Resource Forecast window and query for the project for which you created a resource forecast.
2. Right-click in the header and select Create Resource Forecast.
3. Enter Version 2 in the Version Description field.
4. Select the Copy From Forecast check box.
5. Click Next.
6. Select the Copy Hours Spread check box.
7. Select the Set ETC check box.
8. Click FINISH. A dialog box inquiring whether you wish to view the resource forecast will open, click Yes.
9. Observe that the values in the ETC Hours have been copied to the resource forecast from the previous resource forecast.
