Note: In addition you can enter a number of selection criteria to limit the number of inventory transaction possible to connect to your report. In this exercise the report type and site is enough.
Note: One inventory transaction can only be connected to one report. Create another NREC transaction by receiving another 100 pcs of the part XX-78-461 or cancel the manually created inventory transaction report before continuing. To cancel a report you query for it in the Inventory Transaction Report window and then right-click and then click Cancel. The report is now cancelled and all connected transactions are free to connect to another report.
Note: The required number of reports to include all inventory transactions stated by the entered parameters and the basic data set up will be automatically created. In your case you should get one report with the NREC transaction for the 100 pcs of the part XX78-461 connected to it. Note that if you have created more NREC transactions these will also be connected to your report.
Note: In the Create Inventory Transaction Report client you can also schedule a background job that automatically creates the desired reports in appropriate intervals.
