Basic Data Setup

Set up HSE Site

Purpose:  The purpose of this exercise is to create the required data that is used to transfer the HSE date to an output message. You need to enter a HSE Site for the part in Part Catalog /Dangerous Goods Classification

Windows:

1.  If you haven't done so already, set up your HSE site for the part

Required Data - Product or Recipe Structure

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to create an output message to a third party product over the HSE information in your structures. There for you need to have recipe or product structures in the IFS application.

General Exercise for Creating Product Structure

Or Creating Recipe Structure

Create HSE Batch Transfer Messaging

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to transfer HSE information in structures to an output message.

Windows:
Tranfer Structures to HSE

1.  Open the Transfer Structures to HSE dialog box. Verify that the parameters for the transfer is selected or unselected the way you want it.
2.  Click OK to transfer the structures to an output messages.
