Basic Data Setup
For this lesson you are required to set up the basic
data given in:
Employee Survey Basic Data

Main Exercise
Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to show you how to
enter and save an employee survey.
Windows:
Survey
- Open the Survey window.

Create a new survey and save it in the system by giving a survey ID, survey
name, description and a person who will be responsible for the survey.
- Assign as the person responsible, the person who should be allowed to
enter other details in the survey and also specify the other persons that
should have access to enter or modify the survey details.
Note: A user with HR Application Manager rights is by default allowed
to access the survey and to modify details.
- Open the Employee Survey/Access tab.
- Register the person identities of the persons that should have access to
use the employee survey information. For example, the person responsible
will not be defining all information in the survey. The questions should be
defined by person A, the participants for the survey should be selected by
person B etc. Therefore, persons A
and B should also be given access to the survey.
- These persons will be allowed to enter or modify the
survey information or view survey results using employee survey windows.
