Analyze Survey Results — Exercises
Basic Data Setup
For this lesson you are required to set up the basic
data given in:
Employee Survey Basic Data

Main Exercise
Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to
analyze the answers received to the survey.

Analysis
Note: Only Multi-Choice, Yes/No and
Numerical type questions can be analyzed in this exercise.
- Open the Employee Survey/Answer Analysis
tab.
- You can see that all the questions of Numerical, Multi-choice
and Yes/No types are available in the drop down list of the
Question No. field.
- Select a question of Multi-choice type
and view how the answer options that were linked to the question are displayed in
the table. You can see the number of participants who have selected each
option, in the No. of Responses field. You can also see the
percentage of participants that have selected each option, in the
Respondent Rate field.
- If you select a question of Yes/No
type, the Yes and No options will be displayed in the table.
View the number of responses and respondent rate for each option.
- Select a Numerical type question and view the average and the
median answer.
- Open the Survey Answers window.
- View the answers received to all questions answered
by participants. Information from all surveys can be viewed.
- You can query or populate to view answer details. To view answer details
of one survey, query using the survey identity. If you want to view the
answers given by one particular participant, query using the employee
identity etc.
