Define Complex Assembly Service Contract Header

Define Special Price

  1. Open the Special Price tab and select a level in the product structure.
  2. Create a new record, and select a suitable sales part using the List of Values.
  3. In the Price column, enter a sales price.
  4. In the Currency column, enter a sales currency code.

Note: This price for the sales part connected to an inventory part, will be used each time a transaction on this part appears on the selected product structure level.

Define Fixed Price

  1. Open the Fixed Price tab and select a level in the product structure.
  2. Create a new record in the upper table, and select a maintenance level using the List of Values.
  3. In the Sales Part column, select a sales part using the List of Values.
  4. In the Price column, enter a sales price.
  5. In the Currency column, enter a sales currency code.
  6. In the Payer column, select a payer (defaulted to the contract customer) using the List of Values.  
  7. In the bottom table, enter a cost type that applies for the fixed price.

Note: This fixed price will be used for all transactions below the selected product structure level. All cost lines will be connected only to a fixed price sales line.

Define Fee Cap

  1. Open the Fee Cap tab and select a level in the product structure.
  2. Create a new record in the upper table, and select a maintenance level using the List of Values.
  3. In the Sales Part column, select a sales part using the List of Values.
  4. In the Price column, enter a sales price.
  5. In the Currency column, enter the sales currency code.
  6. In the bottom table, enter a cost type that applies for the fee cap.

Note: This fee cap will be used for all transactions below the selected product structure level. When the sum of all fees exceeds the fee cap definition no further fees are charged for the transaction in the selected product structure.

Define Price Cap

  1. Open the Price Cap tab and select a level in the product structure.
  2. Create a new record in the upper table, and select a maintenance level using the List of Values.
  3. In the Sales Part column, select a sales part using the List of Values.
  4. In the Price column, enter a sales price.
  5. In the Currency column, enter the sales currency code.
  6. In the bottom table, enter a cost type that applies for the price cap.

Note: This price cap will be used for all transactions below the selected product structure level. When the sum of all prices exceeds the price cap definition no further prices are charged for the transaction in the selected product structure.
