Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to set up the basic data required for processing the employees benefits requests. To enter this data, follow the instructions in the Maintain Benefit Plans exercise. If you have completed this exercise, the data you need should already be in the database, and you can proceed directly to the main exercises.
Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to show you how to overview the incoming requests for new and changed benefit plan enrollment.

Open the Change Request window.
Optional: Open the Query dialog and define (and save) a query that will select a relevant part of the requests.
Open the Request ID list box and use the sort and order feature available on clicking the field titles.
Select a request in state Confirmed and view the requested changes.
Note how the tabs are enabled or disabled depending on the type of request.
Open the overview window and enter the same query as you did in the previous window.
Use the right mouse button option to open the details
window.
