Explanation

This activity is used to print a work instruction on a sub contract.

Prerequisites

A work instruction must exist in the Released status.

The work instruction is printed.

Procedure

Option 1:

1. Open the Sub Contract window and query (F3) for the necessary sub contract.
2. Click the Work Instructions tab.
3. Select the work instruction, right-click and click Print Work Instructions. The Print Report dialog box opens.
4. Verify the settings and then click OK.

Option 2:

1. Open the Sub Contract Work Instructions window (by right-clicking on the relevant sub contract work instruction, and then clicking Work Instruction Details).
2. Query (F3) for the necessary work instruction.
3. Right-click anywhere in the header, and then click Print Work Instructions. The Print Report dialog box opens.
4. Verify the settings and then click OK.
