Include Object Structure on Service Contract

Explanation

This activity is used to include any required or all objects in an object structure on a selected service line of a service contract for the object defined on the service line.

Prerequisites

• A service line should have been created.
• The object for the selected service line should have an object structure.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the selected service line information for the selected service contract becomes applicable for the selected objects in the object structure.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Contract window and query (F3) for the service contract for which you want to include objects from an object structure.
2. Click the Services tab and select the required service line for the required object.
3. Right-click and click Object Structure.
4. In the Object for Object Structure window, select the Include on Service Contract check boxes for the objects in the object structure that you want to include on the service contract.
5. Click Save.
