Review Checklist Questions

Explanation

Use this activity to review a checklist connected to a Control Plan Template, Control Plan Manufacturing, Control Plan Purchasing, or Control Plan Inventory.

This activity contains a Security Checkpoint which can be activated by an administrator. With an activated security checkpoint on a function you will have to authenticate yourself again in order to fulfill the function. Additionally, whenever a security checkpoint is successfully passed a security checkpoint log is written, creating an audit trail of what is done.

Prerequisites

A Control Plan Template or a Control Plan must have been created. 

System Effects

Once all checklist questions have been addressed, the Checklist Status field in the Control Plan Template or Control Plan header receives the Approved status. The Control Plan Template or Control Plan can then be changed to the Active status.

Checklist for Control Plan

Procedure

1. In Control Plan Template, Control Plan - Manufacturing, Control Plan - Purchasing, or Control Plan - Inventory, open the Control Plan that you want to review.
2. Choose Checklist from the right-click menu or the Operations menu to open the Checklist for Control Plan Template or Checklist for Control Plan window.
3. For each Checklist Question, select the Checklist Item Status check box if the question has been addressed in the Control Plan Template or Control Plan.
4. Save when complete.
