Generate Unfinished Activity Work Items

Usage

Use this dialog box to generate a list of activities where work remains to be completed. The list can be generated for a project, sub project or a specific activity. Per default, the generation is executed as a background job for released and completed activities. It is possible to configure these settings:

• If the check box Exclude Sub Levels, is selected, the generation will not include the sub structure of the sub project defined in the dialog box. If the check box is not selected, the generation will include the defined sub project and all its underlying levels.
• If the check box Exclude Released Activities, is selected, the generation will exclude all activities in status Released and only include activities in status Completed. If the check box is not selected, released and completed activities are included in the generation.
• If the check box Run in Background, is selected, the generation will be executed as a background job. If the check box is not selected, the generation will be executed online. When the generation is completed, it will be possible to populate the result of the generation in the Unfinished Activity Work window.
