Use this dialog box to reschedule an isolation order by changing one or more of the following dates: Planned Start Establishment, Planned Complete Establishment, Planned Start Re-establishment and Planned Complete Re-establishment. You cannot change the dates of the isolation order if the status is Establishment Started and above. Note: The Planned Start Establishment Date cannot be changed if the status of the isolation order is Preparation Approved.
