Reschedule Isolation Orders and Permits

Explanation

Use this activity to reschedule Isolation Orders and Permits (and work orders).

Prerequisites

• Isolation orders and permits must exist in the system.
• To reschedule a work order the permit should be connected to the work order.
• The status of the isolation order and/or permit should be Preparation Approved or below.

System Effects

The selected isolation order, permit and/or work order will be rescheduled.

Change Dates for Isolation Order

Procedure

1. Open the Isolation and Permit Planning window and query for the relevant record (F3).
2. To move the node, select the horizontal bar, drag and drop it at the required time slot.
3. To change the duration of the node, resize the bar or double-click on the bar and enter new start and end dates and times in the dialog box that appears.
4. Click OK.
   Note: The dialog box that appears will differ based on the type of the node you have selected, for isolation orders it is Change Dates for Isolation Order, for permits and work orders it is Change Date.
