Use this dialog box to create a physical count.
The objects to be included in the physical count can be objects that are located in a selected range of physical locations and/or objects that are in the custody of a selected range of custodians. On the other hand, by specifying no range of physical locations or custodians, you can include all the objects belonging to the selected site in the physical count. It is possible to exclude objects with an inventory date later than a specified date from the physical count. You can also exclude objects belonging particular object types by selecting the appropriate check boxes. The objects included in the physical count can be blocked for operations by selecting the Block Object Operations check box, but if this check box is selected, it is necessary to complete all the existing operations for the selected objects in order to create the physical count.
