Explanation
Use this activity to administrate existing item messages for a selected
support issue, displaying a row for each entered or updated item message.
Prerequisites
- A support issue should have been entered.

Procedure
- Select the desired support issue.
- If desired, select or clear the Show Msg (Show Message) check box.
- If desired, select or clear the Hide External check box.
- If desired, double-click an item message. This opens the Text Editor
so that you can edit the message.
