Create Quick Register of Support Issue
Explanation
Use this activity to create a support issue in which only the most critical
matters
are considered. This enables you to enter the issue quickly and easily. You can
edit it later using the
Support Issue
window.
Prerequisites
- The user must be identified in the
Support Center Basic Data/Persons tab
window.
- Default values should be identified in the
Support Center Basic Data,
Priorities,
Issue
Types,
Status,
Classifications and
Business
Objects
tab windows.
System Effects
One ID in the classification,
priority, issue type, and status tab should be marked as default value, to be prompted
when a new record is entered, and also used in the Quick Register of
Support Issue.

Procedure
- Create a new record.
- Enter the appropriate values in the Subject and Contact ID fields.
- Enter any desired business references.
- Edit the issue assignment.
- Edit the item message.
- Save your changes.
