The analyze report process allows you to analyze an executed report using the Drill Down, Zoom In and URL feature available in IFS Business Analytics. These features can only be used if the reports have been designed in a way which has enabled the use of these features.
Zoom In is used to view a detailed breakdown of a data item. Drill Down extends this capability further by showing all the interconnected data sources to a data item, i.e. general ledger balances to general ledger transactions. The URL feature enables you to access IFS Applications directly from IFS Business Analytics.
