Use this tab window to define the PHC day types.
PHC can be managed in two different ways. Either by adding a fixed value/amount to a specified wage code in the time card result. Or, by adding the same amount of hours that the employee normally should have got, i.e., the amount of normal hours defined by the day type in the ordinary day schedule.
Fixed Value (enter fields Wage Code, Value Type, Fixed Value)
In the Wage Code field you enter the wage code you want to be added to the result. Select the 'Fixed' option in the field Value Type. In the field Fixed Value you enter the value to be linked to the wage code added in the time card result.
Calculated Value (enter fields Wage Code, Value Type, Calculation Wage Code)
In the Wage Code field you enter the wage code you want to be added to the time card result. Select the 'Calculated' option in the field Value Type. In the Calculation Wage Code field you enter the same wage code, which has been used for normal hours in the employees ordinary day schedule. The time card result will show the same amount of normal hours that the employee should have had if working a normal day.
In both cases the wage code in the time card result will be connected to the wage type predefined in the Wage Codes window.
