Use this window to control the amount of interaction that access groups can have with various elements of IFS Applications. Depending on the options presented, it is possible to specify if a certain group can modify, remove, or even see values presented in other windows. The amount of tabs you can see in the Data Access window depends on whether or not IFS Payroll extension is installed with your version of IFS Applications.

If you have IFS Payroll extension installed, you have access to additional tabs: Miscellaneous, Regulations , Senior Regulations , Other Regulations , Payroll Template , Wage Code Parameters , Wage Code , Absence Type , Health Check Type , Loan Type , Contribution Type or Liability Type .
