Competency Profile Specification / Competencies
Usage
Use this tab window to to enter competency data for the profile. Competencies are registered in the Characteristics window in the Strategic HR Base component.
The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Display Only Valid Competencies - If enabled, only competencies that are indicated as Valid will be displayed. If Disabled, all competencies will be displayed.
