Job Specification
Usage
Use this window to define the (minimal) qualifications required by an incumbent to be able to perform job functions at an acceptable performance level. It consists of the education, experience, competencies (knowledge, ability, skills), licenses and certificates, etc.The Job specification is widely used in performing matching analysis, competency gap analysis for internal recruitment, succession planning and career planning.
The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Job Specification Report... - This function is used to open a report order dialog box in which you can create a report for a job specification.
