Use this window to overview and maintain the group assignments to the former employees. The window displays the employees that you have access to according to the set up in the Former Employee Groups - Access Setup window. Employees are normally assigned to a former employee group when the Terminate Employment Wizard is used, but can also be given another former employee group assignment through this window.
The following option is available on the right mouse button menu:
Assign Employees to Former Employee Group, which will let you assign selected employees to an additional group.
