Usage

Use the Matching Result - Employees tab to view the employees who match the selected criteria. These employees came out of the matching process, so you cannot add or change any values in this tab.

The following functions are available from the Operations menu and the right mouse button menu:

• Process Log... - Use this function to view the process log. For more information, see the Matching Process Log section.
• Employee Strategic Files... - Use this function to open the Employee window in order to view more details on the selected employee.
• Employee Competency Comparison... - Use this function to open the Employee Competency Comparison window in order to a more detailed comparison on the selected employee's competencies.
