PrerequisitesUse this portlet to view and easily access Quick Reports (including Crystal Reports) . This portlet can display all the reports available in the Quick Reports page found in the "Info Services" in the tree navigator.
PrerequisitesNo setup is required before you use this portlet for the first time, except your personal customizations (see below).
Viewing the Search ResultsThis portlet displays available reports which belongs to categories you have
chosen to display. The portlet shows the report's category, type and the description.
In addition to that, an icon is displayed in front of the report's description,
in order to denote the type a report belongs to. An
icon will denote
that the report belongs to the Crystal Report type, an
icon will denote
that the report is a Crystal Analysis Report type and an
icon will denote
that the report is a SQL Report type.
Customizing this PortletUsing the Customize page, you can define search criteria and customize the layout
of your portlet. In the customization page the "Report categories" box contains
all the available report categories. While the "Selected categories" box displays
currently selected categories to be displayed in the portlet. You can move categories
back and forth to the "Selected categories" box. Order of the categories can be
changed by using "Up", "Down" arrows.
All reports belonging to selected report categories will be shown in the portlet.
Portlet name: The name that appears at the top of this portlet. You can change this name to one of your choosing at the configuration page
Default: Restores all search criteria and layout options to the default settings, searches on the default settings, and closes the Customize page.
