The Current Schedule window displays the accurate schedule for an employee during the selected time period. For instance, if an employee deviation cycle is added to the normal schedule in which the employee is on parental leave every Friday, it will be visible in this window. In other words, this tab holds the sum of all scheduling information. The window derives the schedule information from the following entries listed in priority order:
Note! The information in IFS/Time and Attendance, is not considered in this window.
The following options are available from the right mouse button menu:
New Employee Deviation Cycle - Use this option to create a deviation schedule cycle for the
selected employee.
Employee Deviation Cycle - This is where you can see the results of what was created in the New Employee Deviation Cycle window and make changes to the deviation schedule cycle.
