Use this window to view the results of an employee schedule compliance analysis. If an employees schedules have been changed, you can repeat the analysis by right-clicking and clicking Rerun Employee Schedule Comparison. You can also create new, delete or print analyses from this window. You cannot modify an existing analysis, but you can create a duplicate of it (with a new ID), and modify the comparison conditions in the Employee Schedule Compliance Comparison dialog.
The window header contains the conditions for the analysis, and the table displays the analysis results. The result table is designed for advanced follow up and analysis e.g. by transfer to an Microsoft Excel sheet or by use of the Group and Sum option available in the Query dialog box (from the table part of the window). Besides the feature that supports work-time compliance analysis, you could also perform analyses of scheduled availability, e.g., scheduled hours per department, job, and much more.
