Cancel appointment is a process which can be used to remove already registered appointment for a work order. Once, this process is executed, the work order appointment is cancelled and the appointment slot is un-reserved in Mobile Workforce Management.
The next step after this process depends on the choice of the user, either to proceed with the work order without an appointment or to register another appointment.
