Enter Complementary Information, Work Request

Explanation

This activity is used to enter complementary information for a work request such as e.g., object ID, item class, planned start and finish dates, operational status, priority code and work type. Item classes are inherited from the equipment object, part or object type, or an item class can be manually entered or edited if necessary.

Procedure

  1. Open the Service Request window.
  2. Query (F3) for the work request.
  3. Enter the complementary information for the work request.
  4. Save the information (F12).

Note: You can also enter complementary information for the work request in the Active Work Orders and Prepare Work Order windows.
