Create Statistical Code

Explanation

Use this activity to create a statistical code that can be used when a work order quotation is rejected. The code shows the cause of why the work order quotation is rejected.

Prerequisites

Before information on a statistical code is entered, the following must have been completed:

• The user must be connected to a site. This must have been performed in Sites per User.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the code can be used when a quotation is rejected in the Work Order Quotations. The statistical code shows the cause of why the quotation was rejected and can be used for statistical follow up.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter information on a statistical code:

1. Select the Quotation Statistical Codes tab.
2. Use the New function.
3. Enter the code and the description.
4. Save the information.
