View Transferred Work Orders

Explanation

This activity is used to view the work orders that have been transferred to your mobile device. This can be work orders that have been assigned to you or to a common pool of work orders.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the work order should be synchronized to the mobile device.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, you can view and plan the work assigned to you.

Window

The mobile device on which IFS Mobile Work Order is installed.

Procedure

1. On the Home Screen, tap Work Orders.
2. You can filter the work orders by selecting the long press on a work order record.
3. View the work orders which have been assigned to you.
4. To view work orders that are transferred to the pool of work orders, tap Pool Work Orders on the Home Screen.
