Reset Status of Purchase Requisition Header or Line to Planned
Explanation
This activity is used to change the status of a
released purchase requisition or a requisition line to Planned.
Prerequisites
The purchase requisition or requisition line must
have Released status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the purchase
requisition or requisition line is demoted from Released to Planned status.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to demote a requisition
line to Planned:
- Open the
Prepare Work Order window and
query for the applicable work order number.
- Click the
Requisitions tab and query
for the applicable purchase requisition number.
- Click the
Part Requisition Lines,
No-Part Requisition Lines
or the Rental Part Requisition Lines tab and select the requisition line to be demoted. If required, you can also
select several lines.
- Right-click and then click Change to Planned. The status
of the line is
changed back to Planned.
Use the following procedure to demote an entire
requisition to Planned:
- Click in the header of the
Requisitions
tab.
- Right-click and then click Change to Planned. The status
of the header and all lines is
changed to Planned.
