Use this activity to retrieve all work orders with status 'Work Request' and 'Fault Report' to see what have been created. The 'Work Request' status means that the work order has been automatically generated or has been created using the Prepare Work Order window. The 'Fault Report' status means that the work order was created using the Fault Report, Service Request or the Create Fault Report Assistant.
Before the work orders can be retrieved, the following must have been completed:
As a result of this activity, you can view all work orders with status 'Work Request' or 'Fault Report'.
Use the Query Dialog function to retrieve the work orders with status 'Work Request' and 'Fault Report'.
