Filter Details

Explanation

Use this activity to filter the information displayed in the Resource Load Graph window and the Resource Allocation Gantt window.

Prerequisites

The windows should contain details on resources.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, information displayed on the Resource Load Graph window or the Resource Allocation Gantt window will be further filtered according to your preference.

Procedure

1. Open the Resource Load Graph or Resource Allocation Gantt window.
2. Perform a search.
3. Once the details are displayed, specify a value in one or more of the following fields: Maint. Org., Resource Type, Craft and Tool/Facility Type. The details on the graph will be filtered according to your selection. 
4. Additionally in the Resource Allocation Gantt window you have the following filtering options as well:

• In the first sub window select one or more of the following check boxes: Corrective, Preventive, Planned and Route.
• In the second sub window specify a value in one or more of the following fields: Maint. Org., Resource Type and Craft.
