Evaluate Planned Revenues

Explanation

Use this activity to evaluate the planned revenues for a work order. The evaluation is performed in the Service Management solution.  

Prerequisites

Before the evaluation is performed, the following must have been completed:

• The current work order must have been retrieved in the window. 
• The craft information must have been entered in the Craft tab, if appropriate.
• The material information must have been entered in the Materials tab, if appropriate.
• The requisition of external craft and/or non-inventory parts must have been entered in the Requisitions tab, if appropriate.  
• The expenses must have been entered in the Planning tab, if appropriate.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the information on planned revenues for a work order are displayed.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to evaluate the planned revenues:

1. Select the Budget tab.
2. Evaluate the values in the Planned Revenue column.
