Enter Budget Cost

Explanation

Use this activity to enter the budget costs that are to be connected to a work order. You can enter the estimated values for personnel, material and external costs. 

Prerequisites

Before the budget values are entered, the following must have been completed:

• Current work order retrieved in the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the budget costs for personnel, material, and external costs are connected to the work order.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to enter the budget costs:

1. Select the Budget tab.
2. In the Budget Cost fields, enter an estimated cost for personnel, material, and other (external costs).
3. Save the information.
